All products in Thuy Duong are guaranteed quality and origin, are stored and transported in conditions and suitable temperature in accordance with the manufacturer’s standards.
However, in case you are not satisfied with the product was purchased or the signs do not guarantee commitments, we are always willing to listen and support you in any case and agreed to change pay in the following cases:
- Products also in the validity period for refunding
- The reason must be a valid delivery and meet acceptable conditions change delivery (you see below):
- Swimming rupture
- Technical error
- Not as advertised
- The delivery of the wrong goods
- The delivery of goods shortage
After Thuy Duong receive products sent to your guests, we will conduct assessment of product quality and time to complete this process need 3-5 business days. Immediately after the test results, we will send notices to customers via phone, text message or email.
If the product of your guests meet all the conditions refunding, Thuy Duong will conduct the procedure returns or refunds changed. Estimated time of return or exchange process refunds for each method as follows:
Time to apply change delivery is 7 working days (after the product has been inspected)
